2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or email. Services are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices depend on generator capacity, duration, and usage. Additional charges may apply for transport, fuel, and operator.

4. Generator Usage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper usage. Any damage due to misuse will be chargeable.

5. Installation & Operation

We assist with installation. Customers must ensure safe space, ventilation, and proper electrical setup.

6. Fuel Policy

Fuel is not included unless specified. Customers are responsible for fuel management.

7. Maintenance & Support

We provide maintenance and quick support. Replacement may be provided based on availability.

8. Rental Duration

Rental duration must be agreed in advance. Extra usage will be charged additionally.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges may apply. No refund for last-minute cancellations.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses due to misuse, delays, or external conditions.

11. Warranty

Warranty depends on manufacturer terms for purchased generators.

12. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Rohil Generator and cannot be reused without permission.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law under Noida/Delhi NCR jurisdiction.
